Do you have a question concerning file format, the printing process or other related topics? Here is a selection of the most commonly asked questions about our printing services.

To place an order you can email your details and requirements to sales@caboodleprint.co.uk or via the Contact Us form and we will call you back. Or you can call Caboodle on 01253 398155 or 07838 362 173 and we will take your order over the phone. If you require our design services we may need to visit you at your premises but will do this at a time to suit you.

You can send us your files by e-mail to artwork@caboodleprint.co.uk or if sending larger files we recommend a file transfer website such as www.wetransfer.com - really simple to use and completely free!

The safest option is to send your files to us in PDF format. This eliminates any chance of mistakes being made during the print process. You can also send files in as JPG, PSD, TIF or EPS. For more details see our Artwork Specifications page.

For most printing we recommend 600dpi, in some cases 300dpi will suffice. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us. For large format printing including posters and banners 200dpi will usually be suitable also.

For all artwork that is supplied to us that is not in PDF format we will supply a print ready proof by email which you will be required to approve before we go to print. If you are supplying a PDF file but would like to still see a proof then please mention this when placing your order. Caboodle cannot be held repsonsible for mistakes made on artwork that is supplied or artwork that has been approved by the client.
